Sandsational

On the lookout for a new and fun way of keeping children occupied during school holidays or Christmas, driving traffic into your centre and attracting media?…

Sandstorm Events can provide you with a unique holiday activity catering for up to 300 children per day, or create that special “wow” factor for a one-off launch or even provide you with a sand wonderland for your Christmas promotions – all themed to meet your individual needs.

Sand sculptures – A professional sand sculptor can carve a sand masterpiece as an inspirational centrepiece ranging from 5 tonnes to 50 tonnes. Shoppers can enjoy visiting the sculpture each day, watching the sand being turned into a work of art.

Sculptures can remain on display inside the centre for as long as you require them.

Children’s Workshops We also have a complete range of children’s workshops that can be themed with the sand sculptures as part of an integrated campaign or they can run independently of a sand sculpture.

  • Sand sculpting workshops – Children can learn the art of sand sculpture from a professional sand sculptor and create their own mini masterpiece using real sand and sculpting tools.
  • Sand art – Children use a selection of 16 different colours of sand to create pictures on pre cut adhesive A4 sheets. Our designs are unique to Sandstorm Events and are available in a variety of themes.
  • Sand bottles – Children use coloured sand to create patterns in shaped bottles.

We have a selection of 6 different shaped bottles and 16 different colours of sand.

Feedback from our clients show:
4% increase in traffic for the period the sculpture is on display
6.2% increase in sales
100% participation by children in workshops
100% coverage from local media of sculpture installation

Why not have a sand sculpting program especially designed for you. Choose a theme, choose a sculpture size, choose an activity (or two) and we can tailor a program to suit your specific needs and budget.
